You can earn money for St Michaels without spending ANY extra money of your own!!
Angel Bucks is a “scrip” program. Scrip is simply a word that means “substitute money”- gift certificates from national and local retailers. They’re the same gift certificates that you buy at the store. Over 800 retailers participate in our program including Lowes Foods, Harris Teeter, The Gap, Dicks Sporting Goods, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and many, many others.
How does it work? To begin participating, print an enrollment form off the website. Complete it, indicate if you will participate in the tuition rebate program and return it to school. With every Wednesday folder your student brings home, you will receive a glossy Angel Bucks folder. To place an order, you should complete the order form and return it with your payment in that folder by 9 am the next day. (Thursday) You will receive your Angel Bucks cards the following Wednesday along with a new blank order form.
How do these stores help us? Angel Bucks’ participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to our school at a discount. You buy the certificates for full face value and redeem them for full face value, and St. Michael School keeps the difference as revenue. Everybody wins: · The retailer gets cash up front and repeat business… · You get a powerful fundraising alternative that involves no selling… · Our school gets a regular source of revenue.
The beauty of Angel Bucks is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. Angel Bucks can be used for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, furniture, entertainment, gasoline and even dining out. Consider all the purchases you make and simply plan ahead.
You may even have a business which can purchase its operating supplies with Angel Bucks! Consider placing your business orders through Angel Bucks, as well.
Some of the most common Angel Bucks (beginning with grocery stores) will be in stock for purchase in the school office if you need to make a last minute trip to the store.
